Comments:	Love your site. Looking for the marriage of William Griffith Harris to Mary Ann Ventress sometime in the 1840's Had no luck and been doing this for a couple of years. William was married first to Betsy Johnson if I have my searching right, then to Mary Ann who had 4 boys one being my gg grandfather. After William's death whenever, mary Ann married Isaac Dempsey and they had a daughter. Looking at every site around your area for clues, Regards, Diane O'Neill

Comments:	My great grandmother, Eliza Annie (Silver) Hiscott is the daughter of William Silver, born in 1818 and Christiann Huff, born in 1828. I think they lived near Napanee. I have a picture of Christiann (Huff) Silver and a picture of Timothy Huff. I do not know where Timothy fits in the family. I would appreciate any informtion about these families. Shirley Dyment

Comments:	Would anyone know of a young teenager shot in Napanee in the early 1900's? My g-grandmother was playing with some friends in a barn when she was accidently shot. The story goes that they put her in a wagon and took her home. She lived but had to wear padding on her shoulder because part of it was missing. If anyone has information fell free to contact me. Comments:	I am searching my UEL ancestors and their ancestors. I have William Henry GRAHAM who married Martha/Sarah/Pattey SWEET. (Their son James Sweet GRAHAM (Athol PEC) married Margaret/Sarah HOUGHTALING, daughter of William HOUGHTALING and Mary DAVY of Ernesttown. Some records say Margaret was born in the US which is not verified. Margaret/Sarah had a brother named James HOUGHTALING who settled in Alnwick, Northumberland Cty. after marrying Harriet Owens. The Daniel KOOL/COLE and Farrington FERGUSON connections come into the tree several generations later when Caroline JINKS (daughter of Elijah JINKS and Hester FERGUSON) married William Henry GRAHAM. (All P.E.C. connections)

Comments:	Have reason to believe that my great Grandfather and great Grandmother started their life together in Deseronto, Ontario. He was from Scotland and she may have been a native Canadian. They had 5 children, Mary, Marcus, Andrew, Agnes and Jenny. My Grandmother was Agnes who was given to another couple to raise when her mother died after having Jenny in 1888? Comments:	Trying to locate family of William Henry Carleton (he was a school teacher and I believe he died in Sydenham area but not positive) and his wife Mary Ann Gibson. Mary Ann remarried or lived with Elijah Huffman and had 5 children with him. She had 5 or 6 with William. William and Mary came from Ireland in the 1830's with their oldest son George (he died at abt age 17)

So much so that I may have to re-introduce myself to my family members! hahaa Would love to hear from anyone with connections to my family. Especially the Hart lines as I've hit a brick wall with them. I would also like to hear from anyone who owns one of the local books listed on this site, eg.: South Fredericksburg, Adolphustown, etc. Just need to know if there is mention of my family members so that I know whether to order the books for my own reference and to be able to pass them and the family history onto my children. Comments:	I am descended from Reuben Herns (Hyrns)son of Thomas. Thomas and Reuben show up in the 1851 Census and I am trying to locate more connections. Reuben married in Canada and then moved to Michigan. Once U.S.Census states that Thomas was born Upper Canada and another says New York (UEL Connection?).
